The Kodiyoor Sree Aadhiparasakthi temple is an ancient Indian hindu temple built in 1940s which is located on the outskirts of Kodiyoor in Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Sree Aadhiparasakthi, popularly known as Sakthi. Other deities in the temple include Sree Bhadrakali, Maadan, Yakshi, Ganapathy, Sasthavu, Nager and Yogeeshwaran (Karnor).

This temple is believed to be famous for Mangalya Yogam, Puthra Yogam, Vidhyarambham and all those desires which a deity is prayed for. The Deity is believed to be present at Kodiyoor because of the presence of Lord Mahadevar nearby.

On the neighbourhood, there is a Lord Maheshwara Temple which is believed to be more than thousand years old and the same is managed by the HRNC department, Govt of Tamil Nadu. The devotees visiting the Devi temple are suggested to visit the Lord Mahadevar temple which is open on all days on similar times.

Mahadevar Temple has sub Deities like Vinayagar, Shasthavu, Varahi, Santhanakrishnan and Nagar.
